I bought my first Phonery selfie stick in 2019 and use it only one time while I went to vacation in Europe, I love it very much. When I use it again at home my Bluetooth is not charging. When I plug in the red light came up for a few minutes and turn off, I contact the company they are very good , the sent me the new one but I have the same problem again. I wrote the e-mail to them, they didn’t contact me back yet. I really love this product because it is very easy to use, I hope they can help

This selfie stick is so good. I read lots of reviews before I bought it and also checked it out on YouTube! It really is amazing. The size is perfect, small enough to fit in my bag on my bike nicely. I’ve only had it a week and have used it a lot already. During lockdown I’ve been speaking to friends and family on FaceTime and one of the main reasons I bought this was because you can put it on landscape as well as well as portrait & I can charge my phone at the same time if necessary. The legs on the tripod are very sturdy. I can use it in bed with or without and hard surface. The stick elongates very easily but I wouldn’t recommend pulling it around too much just in case it doesn’t take the force. The remote was very easy to pair with my phone and fabulous to use! It’s great fun! I’m a bit concerned I might lose the remote so will try to find out if I can purchase a spare before I do lose it!

I was a bit skeptical about a selfie stick and wasnt have a high expectation at the beginning. But this selfie stick is way better than any other i have used before. Its very light and easy to use, especially if you travel and dont want to bring a heavy camera and only rely on your mobile phone to take picture. Save a lot of space if you want to be a compact traveller!
I wanted to buy a selfie stick at first, but ended up mostly using it as tripod. I use it when i make video call and want my hand to be free (especially if your are hand busy holding a baby and still want to make video call). But bear in mind, because the material is light, you might need to put it in a stable and flat surface otherwise it can wobble if used as a tripod.
Good value of money rather than buying a cheap one and end up on the corner of your storage!

This device is amazing. but I want to note...because I keep seeing comments and videos of people showing how when they opened this, the legs broke. They must have missed the GIANT YELLOW STICKER WRAPPED AROUND THE STICK UPON OPENING...because it tells you not to pry the legs open, you need to extend the stick, as the legs are tied to the stick itself....Don't blame the device, blame the user that can't read directions. If you MAN HANDLE this, it will absolutely break....as with anything, proper use is required.

I’ve tried 4 other units and this is by far the best! I love the design, how it folds into itself making it much more compact and easier to get in and out of my bag. It also has a much longer telescoping rod than other ones I’ve tried too. It’s just a well rounded product. Much appreciated!!
