Order Processing Time

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) are considered received on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

  • Orders valued between $0.00 and $49.98 USD: $2.99 USD
  • Economy Shipping + Insurance: $3.99 USD
  • Economy Shipping + Priority Handling + Insurance: $4.99 USD

Standard Shipping

  • Standard Shipping + Insurance: $5.99 USD
  • Standard Shipping + Priority Handling: $6.99 USD
  • Standard Shipping + Priority Handling + Insurance: $7.99 USD

Available shipping options may vary depending on the destination, order value, and product availability.

Estimated Transit Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days.

Estimated transit times are calculated using business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include order processing time.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasonal demand

Priority Handling Service

Customers who select a Priority Handling option will receive expedited internal processing and fulfillment prioritization.

Priority Handling does not guarantee a specific delivery date but aims to move eligible orders through our fulfillment process more quickly than standard orders.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance provides protection for eligible packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, subject to verification and carrier investigation requirements.

Claims may require supporting documentation, including photographs, carrier reports, or proof of non-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.

Customers can monitor shipment progress using the tracking link provided in their shipping confirmation email.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable period after shipment, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Additional carrier fees may apply if rerouting is available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs Clearance Delays

Such delays are outside of our control and are not considered shipping failures or grounds for shipping refunds.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier determines the shipment cannot be located.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the investigation, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide requested information may affect claim eligibility.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Look around the delivery location

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments
