"Err" on the LCD indicates a device failure. "Lb" on the LCD means the battery is low and needs to be replaced, "999PPM", "999PPM" on the LCD means the CO level is over 999ppm.
Light and Sound Alarm Warning: Simple to use, with a single test/reset button. When a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected , the alarm pattern will sound 85-decibel alarm and the red LED will flash, which protects your family's life and property safety from CO detector. Alarm standard: 50ppm, alert within 60 to 90 minutes; 100ppm, alert within 10 to 40 minutes; 300ppm, alert within 3 minutes. Note: When you test the detector, please do not use gas blow the hole directly.
