If I could make one suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be to add a Velcro feature, making it easier to use on your back. Holding it continuously can be a bit tricky. Nevertheless, this product is fantastic and has been a lifesaver for my sciatic issue. It truly helps me relax and relieve tension.

If you have a lot of tension in your neck, this massager is going to do the trick. It comes packaged nicely and arrives quickly. Right out of the box, the massager came equipped with the necessary charger. Plugged it right in and it went to work ! You can look for all the features you would want in a neck massager --- the rolling massage balls that rotate clockwise and counterclockwise for a nice deep tissue massage.. Heat option if you need it and I'm really impressed that you can 'actually feel' the heat on this one...and what I love the most is you can lay back on your bed or the couch and your head is 'cradled' nice and comfy in the center as you lay back....

Needed a replacement for a similar device that my dog chewed through the wire of. For comparison the new unit is the black one in the picture and the one my dog damaged is the beige. This one is slightly less bulky and has different speed functions that my other didn't. I haven't needed to try out the car port but that is a major bonus for any upcoming road trips. In terms of spine alignment it's more comfortable to use without sitting back (or in a backless chair) but the pressure is better when leaning against another surface.
