The unit reminds me of an energy efficient water fan that I had many years ago, it uses water to cool down the room and is supposed to be more energy efficient than using the central AC in the house. The reason I bought this little fan was I just enrolled in the energy saving plan for this summer. My electric bill can go up to a coupon hundred dollars every summer. Even though I’m still trying the unit out, it is sufficient in keeping a small bedroom cool. It’s also user friendly to kids it doesn’t have the sharp blades that can hurt their little fingers. The fan keeps running even the water runs out just like a regular fan. I’lol update if I have a lower electric bill this summer.
My son enjoys using this machine very much. It is convenient to use and cools down all of a sudden. We will recommend to our friends.

This light weight cooling fan does meet my requirements. I used it in my warehouse station for keeping comfortable temperature where a desktop testing center surrounded by 10 to 20 desktops. When the heat wave struck, I add cold water and ice cube for dropping environment temperature (10 mins will drop at least 10 degrees). Thanks to the big cap design, I don’t need to worry the ice cube size. Also, this fan is really quite and easy to operate.
This little air cooler is great for small spaces like an office, bathroom, or other small rooms. Especially if ice is added to the reservoir. It has 3 fan speeds even some led lights! And a nice handle to carry it. There's also an adjustment knob on the front to direct the air. I love this thing especially while I work in the garage. Works much butter with ice but not needed for cool air. It came exactly as described. And even came with a small ice mold to make ice cubes! Absolutely love this little thing!
