I actually have a Snoogle that I bought earlier during my pregnancy. It ended up being so frustrating that I stopped using it.

This little pillow is MUCH better, and I really appreciate that it's a simple and elegant solution for solving the same problem as big pillows.

The two sides are joined by an adjustable strip. For side sleepers one wedge tucks under your bump to support it, and the other goes behind you to keep you from rolling flat on your back. Because both wedges are joined together, it also effectively keeps the the wedge tucked under your bump all night. It's wasy to switch sides sleeping and your bump is supported on either side. It simply works. I can also detach the pillows. I often do that in the evenings and use the single wedge to support my bump when I'm lounging on the couch.

This pillow is brilliant, and superior to the big body pregnancy pillows in every way. It doesn't take up a massive amount of room on the bed. You can still cuddle with your partner. It makes it easy to change sides and flip over. It also makes it easy to get in and out of bed at night for bathroom breaks because you don't need to weave yourself in and out of a body pillow every time.

Ordered this for a slightly different use -- my wife just had shoulder surgery and is struggling to get comfortable, both in bed and in a recliner. Seemed like a similar issue to the primary purpose, so we gave it a try. So glad we did! It's very adjustable, as the two small wedges can be connected by the strap, with one side attaching via velcro so you can control the distance between the two pillows.

That makes it great to be able to help her get comfortable on her side and limit the likelihood that she rolls over once asleep. She also uses it was sitting up to help provide support for her elbow and forearm.

They're comfortable, firm, and easy to adjust to her needs at the time. Very happy with this product.

I got this for my expecting daughter in law. She was looking at one that was over $200 that appeared to have the same features, so I convinced her to give this a try. She loves it. In here own words "The pillow is super nice. Super soft fabric and supports your back and stomach perfectly. It has zippers so it’ll be easy to clean too." I don't think you need to spend a lot for something that works this well. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good construction, but just wished it were a little bigger. Helps relieve back pain, even when not pregnant. As a knee wedge while sleeping, takes the pressure off lower back.

After I had my daughter, I have had on and off back pain. When I sleep at night, I need to have supportive pillows in the front and back of me. I saw this maternity pillow and thought I would give it a try. This pillow actually gives me good support in the front and the back. There is a velcro piece so you can adjust the space between the pillows. I like that the pillows are not bulky like a regular pillow. This actually fits me perfectly and stays in place all night because of the velcro. A regular pillow usually falls off the bed during the night. The pillow is soft, but not too soft.
You can unzip the casing if it needs to be washed. There is also a casing around the pillow inside that can be unzipped to be washed as well.
This would be a good addition to anyone who has back problems when lying in bed. This is not just for pregnant women because this works well for me and I am not pregnant.
