Replacements & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you have received a defective or wrong item, please reach us directly via email and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

We only accept returns if the product is damaged, defectives or not as described.

Our replacement and refund policy lasts 60 days since your purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hours since your purchase.

Please provide us with an order number and the adjustment that you would like to make. We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.

SHORT PRODUCT VIDEO

We may ask you for a short video of how you use the product if defective or not working to make sure you use it correctly.

If you reject to send us a video we may not be able to replace your product or refund you payment.

When will I receive my refund?

When you make a qualifying refund, we will credit the full amount, and you will typically receive your refund in approximately 2-3 business days.

Any refunds will be applied to the same account, and using the same method of payment, used to place the order. 

INSURANCE:

We will provide you with a full refund if you don’t receive your order after 45 days since the purchase.
